To respond to enquiries; arrange or discuss property appraisals; assist with buyer enquiries and property requirements; communicate about a property or real estate service requested; operate, maintain and protect the website; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with Michael Walker and the Mangawhai Real Estate team responding to the enquiry; eXp New Zealand Ltd in connection with agency operations, compliance or service delivery; website, hosting, email and technology service providers; and professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required or permitted by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Information submitted through website forms is stored securely for Michael Walker to respond to your enquiry. Email notifications are not yet enabled.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, business and legal requirements, or to deal with the enquiry or transaction.
